Close to everything - the hotel is situated right by the Santa Trinita bridge, offering amazing views of the famous Vecchio bridge. The hotel facilities were splendid, especially the rooftop terrace where I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was also very excellent - plentiful fruits, eggs, baked goods, and music created a great atmosphere. the staff at this hotel were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

The hotel had a great location, close to major attractions and easy to navigate back from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The wifi was fast and reliable, a bonus. There were plenty of excellent food and shopping options within a short walk from the hotel. The evening walks along the river provided fine sunset views, adding to the overall experience.

I would recommend it for those visiting Florence, a wonderful stay.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was nice. The location was amazing, not too far away from a prominent art museum.

We found our hotel alleyway truly charming, with the quaint cobblestone street and locals passing by. The location couldn't have been better, with key sights only a short walk away! Our room was cosy and clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. We particularly enjoyed viewing the city from the rooftop lounge area, it was breathtaking!

It was a bit disappointing to see the litter on the sides of the alley, but it did not affect our stay in the hotel.

The room was tidy, fashionable, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. Magnificent and stunning location near Arno River.

Its location was very central, an easy walk to a Gothic-style church. There was a great restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Florence.

Great location near popular sights and transportation. Spacious and modern river view rooms that offer a stunning sunset view. Helpful and friendly staff. Tasty European breakfast with freshly baked goods. Excellent value for the price.

I had an amazing stay here by the river. I loved the location, from where I could watch the best view of the Vecchio bridge and all the luxury boutique stores on the same street. The room was not just comfortable, but also spacious and well-decorated with parquet floors and soundproofed walls. What impressed me most was the staff. They provided great customer service and were always available to help. The hotel also offered a lot of amenities such as a fitness center, a garden area, and a sun terrace - perfect for those who want to relax and unwind.

Highly recommend this venue to all my friends.

That parking space was missing.

We loved our suite with its fine views of the Arno River. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis. The helpful staff booked last minute tickets to see David at Del Academia with no up-charge. we recommend Palazzo Alfieri Residenza D'Epoca - Alfieri Collezione.
